The spicebush swallowtail Papilio troilus caterpillar; a.k.a., the common black swallowtail butterfly, also known as the green-clouded butterfly, is seen both in its caterpillar form and in its butterfly stage in this gallery below.
Are we having fun yet? I am. Dave loves his naps and so does the cat and dog! I love how the caterpillar reminds me of eternal life belonging to those who believe God’s word that the only way to heaven is through His son’s atonement for our sins and receiving Christ as our Lord and Savior! The only thing we can add to our salvation is our sin and resistance. God does all the rest!
