North South Lake Campground
It’s amazing what a day can bring, especially for someone who hasn’t been anywhere in many years! This would explain why the photographs may appear quite restricted in regard to variety.
People are more challenging to photograph than nature, so I tend to avoid aiming the camera at them. There were no mosquitos on the water. Close by the water, they’re bad. Away from the beach area, they are less annoying.
On this Sunday afternoon, the North/South Lake Campground was packed with a crowd! The worst aspect of it all was having to listen to boom box noise, while paddling on the lake! It seems there now is no where for poor people to unwind and relax outdoors now that the borders are open to allow just anyone in who wants without it having to be legal!
The He Steps Forward post tells about the ordeal we went through just to enter the campground with our dog. That was a greater hassle getting through that barrier than illegals getting in!
